Cell viability data of HO-PEG(ca)-OH and its degradable residue by MTS assay. NIH3T3 cells were subjected to 0.00001, 0.0001, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1 mg/mL of HO-PEG(ca)-OH (M_n = 3.88 × 10³ g/mol) and its degradable residue HO-PEG-OH (M_n = 1.90 × 10³ g/mol) for 24, 48, 72 h before undertaking a MTS assay. The results are shown as percent viability compared to the control with media only. Each sample was replicated 6 times.
