Role of IL-2 Receptors in HSV-IL-2-Induced CNS Demyelination
Female IL-2rα−/−, IL-2rβ−/−, and IL-2rγ−/− mice were infected ocularly with HSV-IL-2 or parental virus as described in Transparent Methods. On day 14 PI, brain, spinal cord, and ON were collected, fixed, sectioned, and stained with LFB. Representative photomicrographs are shown.
