LOXL2i attenuates the accumulation of laminin 211 in the GBM. Dual immunofluorescence immunostaining using antibodies specific for GBM marker laminin α5 (red) and the mesangial cell-specific laminin α2 (green). Punctate yellow staining in the GBM is indicative of laminin α2 deposits (panel F). These punctate laminin deposits are nearly absent from the glomeruli of mice treated with LOXL2i (panel I).
