Doxy-Myr does not affect the viability of MCF7 cells or normal fibroblasts, when grown as 2D-monolayers. To determine the effects of Doxy-Myr on cell viability, we next treated MCF7 cells and normal human fibroblasts (hTERT-BJ1) over a period of 3 days.
