The Arc^208-396 protein (grey) has the additional C-terminal tail compared to the Arc^208-363 protein (the capsid domain, blue). The presence of the C-terminal tail does not generate noticeable chemical shifts on the capsid domain peaks, suggesting the C-terminal tail has minimum (if any) interaction with the capsid domain.
