(B) Distribution of patients with reduced LVEF before and after index procedure. In every subgroup, prevalence of systolic dysfunction is significantly decreased compared with baseline. (C) Significantly more patients had heart failure related symptoms classified as NYHA I after PVI than before AF ablation. Distribution of patients with NYHA II and III decreased significantly after cryoballoon PVI.
