Coefficient of determination for stomatal parameters i.e. adaxial stomatal length (A), abaxial stomatal length (B), adaxial stomatal width (C), abaxial stomatal width (D), adaxial stomatal density (E) and abaxial stomatal density (F).Regression analysis of stomatal parameters against the doses of gamma radiation was conducted using Microsoft Excel v. 2019. The regression slope for stomatal length, width, and density on both surfaces of sugarcane leaf indicated a negative trend. Nevertheless, the degree of change was highly dependent on genotypes under the exposure of gamma radiations.
