Effect of let-7b-5p on the expression of inflammatory cytokines in macrophages. M0, M1, and M-CMs were differentiated as described in “Materials and methods”. M-CMs were transfected with let-7b-5p inhibitors or NC, or remained untreated for 72 h; M1 macrophages were transfected with let-7b-5p mimics.
