Plasma proteomics from light-exposed human subjects. (A) 4 healthy human volunteers were exposed to 30 minutes of intense light (10 000 Lux) at 8:30 a.m. on 5 consecutive days. A blood draw was performed before light exposure on the first day (8:30 a.m.) and 3 or 5 days after light exposure (9.00 a.m.). Plasma samples were analyzed using the SOMAscan platform (see Supplementary Figure S2, Supplementary Table S1 for significantly regulated proteins). (B) Image of the lightbox used with dimensions.
