The HepG2 cells were transfected with pGL3-CYP1A2, pGL3-CYP2C9, pGL3-CYP2E1, pGL3-CYP3A4, pGL3-UGT1A1, or empty vector. The HepG2 cells treatment with hypoxia (2% O₂) or normoxia (21% O₂) for 24 h after transfection.
