Membranous compartments of the secretory pathway do not reorganize during ΔUL132 HCMV infection. HFFs infected with WT or ΔUL132 HCMV were fixed and analyzed as described in the legend of Fig. 4. Infected HFFs were stained with viral proteins gB and pp65 to identify infected cells.
