Intersection (black arrowhead) shows that approximately 9200 WI-38 cells are equivalent to one HeLa cell in telomerase activity. Measurements were performed in triplicates. Fluorescence traces for the 8000 WI-38 heated cells (panel E) were slightly nudged down to avoid overlap with those of the “No Cell” and “1 WI38” samples.
