Intraoperative	Intact SSEP and TcMEP	PVCR and pedicle screw insertion were performed, absorbable gelatin sponge was applied
Immediately postoperative	Muscle power strength grade 5 for right and left lower extremities	Usual postoperative care
Within 24 h postoperatively	Muscle power strength grade 2 for left lower extremity	Usual postoperative care and close observation
Within 48 h postoperatively	Muscle power strength grade 2 for left and right lower extremities	Usual postoperative care and close observation, CT scan of vertebrae, plan for revision surgery
