(A) IEC-6 cells were stimulated with different concentrations of LPS (0, 0.1, 1, 10, and 100 μg/ml) for 24 h. (B) IEC-6 cells were treated with PA at a series of concentrations (0, 0.05, 0.5, and 5 mM) for 24 h. (C) IEC-6 cells were treated with PA (0, 0.05, 0.5, and 5 mM) and LPS (l0 μg/ml) for 24 h.
