The MCID is calculated as the difference from baseline to follow-up between the mean total NOSE HHT score of patients who reported Much improved (mean, 0.55) and those who reported No change (mean, 0.09) on the CGI-I scale. The horizontal dashed lines represent the mean differences for their respective groups. The ends of the boxes represent the first and third quartiles (ie, 25th and 75th percentiles), and the whiskers extend 1.5 box lengths above and below each box. Circles represent outliers.
