Notch expression associates to molecular properties of gliomas. (A and B) Notch score was significantly increased in recurrent gliomas, in tumors with mutant form of IDH1 and in cases without chromosome 1p/19q co-deletion. The significance of the difference between two groups was assessed by student's t test, between three groups by one-way ANOVA.
