—Syntenic relationships of O. officinalis with other Oryza species. The O. officinalis reference genome (y-axis) was aligned to three other diploid reference genomes from the Oryza genus—O. brachyantha, O. punctata, and O. rufipogon using SynMap2 (Haug-Baltzell et al. 2017). Although the O. officinalis genome is increased in size by ∼1.6 times, chromosome-level synteny is maintained.
