Postoperatively, using superior temporal artery-superior cerebellar artery (SCA) bypass together with clipping just the distal part of anterior inferior cerebellar artery, the blood flow of SCA is covered by the bypass. The blood flow of posterior cerebral artery is supplied from the anterior circulation through posterior communicating artery. There is no blood flow in the dissection.
