A 54-year-old Korean male patient with COVID-19 experienced severe thrombocytopenia with epistaxis and petechiae. Platelet count dropped to 2,000/mm³ while receiving ceftriaxone, levofloxacin, and Lopinavir/ritonavir, while it recovered soon after discontinuation of all the suspected drugs.
