Quercetin increases NUPR1 activity in MG63 cells. (A, B) MG63 cells were treated with different concentrations of quercetin for 24 h, and the mRNA and protein levels of NUPR1 were then analyzed; (C) Immunofluorescence of MG63 cells incubated with anti-NUPR1 antibody and DAPI after quercetin (200 µM) treatment for 24 h; (D) MG63 cells were transfected with NUPR1-luciferase expression vector and incubated with different concentrations of quercetin.
