Four neutralizing sera (P13, P18, P68 and P98) were diluted and incubated with SARS-CoV-2 and the peptides (S1-55, S1-57, S2-13 and S2-47), respectively before added to the media. At 24 p.i, the viral RNAs in the supernatants were quantified by q-PCR.
