  Peritoneal macrophages from Atx^+/+ (A) and Atx^{ΔΜΕ/ΔΜΕ} (B) mice were stimulated with LPS (20 ng/ml, 20 min), followed by fixation in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 min at room temperature and staining with TLR4‐anti-rabbit FITC (Green), early endosomal marker EEA1‐anti-mouse Dylight405 (Blue), and Alexa Fluor 594‐CTXB (Red). TLR4 internalization was examined with confocal microscopy. Presented is the representative from 3 independent experiments in which more than 95% of the cells exhibited similar results.
