  Whole blastocyst outgrowths after 5 days of culture in the 2a2iL condition. Despite the formation of naïve‐like ICM outgrowths, there were no cell lines established by this protocol, which was most likely due to the presence of trophectoderm (TE) cells. More than 100 early, poor quality human embryos were used in this study.
