Partially discordant base calls (implies mixtures called by one method but not the other) is in yellow highlight. Entirely discordant base calls are in red highlight. International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology ambiguity codes are as follows; R A/G, Y C/T, W A/T, M A/C, K G/T, S G/C, B C/G/T, D A/G/T, H A/C/T, and V A/C/G. Overall, 99.8% concordance was observed for 311,227 bases compared.
