Effect of lupeol on intracellular lipid levels and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. M_(IFN-γ/LPS) macrophages pretreated with lupeol for 1 hour were stimulated with 7-keto-cholesterol (7KC) for 20 hours. THP-1 M_(IFN-γ/LPS) macrophages were analyzed for lipid droplets (a) and primary M_(IFN-γ/LPS) macrophages were analyzed for ROS generation (b) by flow cytometry.
