(A) Cytotoxic activities of metabolites extracted from supernatants collected from F180 (SE1) and MCF7 (SE2) cell cultures. (B) Cytotoxic activities of metabolites extracted from F180 (CE1) and MCF7 (CE2) cells separated from mammalian cell cultures. The cells were seeded in 96-well plate at a concentration of 5 × 10⁴ cells/ well in 100 μl culture medium followed by incubation with the samples overnight prior to MTT assay. The data was analyzed using two-way ANOVA and statistical significance was calculated with Bonferroni’s multiple comparisons test and significance level were indicated by asterisks (*, P<0.05; **, P<0.01: ***, P<0.001; ****, P<0.0001). The data display the mean of the percentage of the survival rate of mammalian cells ± SEM of 6 replicas.
