CerS6 regulates the cell cycle by arresting serous ovarian cancer cells in G2/M phase. A. CerS6 knockdown arrested ovarian cancer cells at G2/M. Cell cycle distribution of OVCAR3 and OVCAR8 cells was detected by flow cytometry. B. CerS6 knockdown inhibits activation of CDK1 and CCNB1.
