The nuclei of TUNEL-positive (apoptotic) cells were stained green. Five random fields per section (five sections per tissue from each mouse) were examined in each experiment. B. CD47 antibody treatment decreased the number of TUNEL-positive cells, n=7 per group. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post-hoc test and expressed as the mean ± SD.
