(b) Axial noncontract chest CT of this patient after 7 days of treatment indicated both the size and quantity of the aforementioned GGO had increased. (c) The chest CT after 23 days of treatment suggested the GGO were absorbed and a few fibrotic stripes were noted in the previous regions of both lungs.
