Effects of bisphenol A (BPA) on HTR-8/SVneo trophoblast invasiveness and migration.

A: HTR-8/SVneo cell invasiveness was evaluated using transwell assays. BPA-treated cells seeded into the upper chamber that invaded through to the bottom face of the transwell insert were quantified.
