Effects of bisphenol A (BPA) on HTR-8/SVneo trophoblast invasiveness and migration.

A: HTR-8/SVneo cell invasiveness was evaluated using transwell assays. BPA-treated cells seeded into the upper chamber that invaded through to the bottom face of the transwell insert were quantified. The left panel shows representative images and the right panel denotes the quantitative findings. Scale bar: 100 μm.
