A: Western blotting was used to detect MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1, and TIMP-2 protein levels in HTR-8/SVneo cells treated with BPA (10⁻⁹–10⁻⁶ mol/L) or an equivalent volume of dimethyl sulfoxide (control group) for 48 hours. β-Actin was used as the loading control.
