Omental adipose tissue from a C57BL/6 10-weeks-old female mice housed at room temperature fed a standard ad libitum chow diet. Scale bars are 50 μm. AdipoQuant user-defined parameters set at recommended values for extramedullary adipocytes (minimum adipocyte size: 300 μm², maximwn adipocyte size: 2,500 μm², minimum circularity: 0, exclude edges: true). Binning has been set to 250 μm².
