Enzymes that recognize G in a motif not predicted to be modified are indicated with green (GT, GC and GGT). AanI enzyme does not have G in its recognition site. On each side of the gel is the 2-log ladder for size reference. On the right side there is a graphic representation of the expected restriction pattern.
