Pharmacological activation of ACBsh MCH1R promotes feeding in a sex-specific manner. Direct activation of MCH1R in the ACBsh MCH significantly increased cumulative dark cycle chow intake (b), light cycle chow intake (c), and light cycle sucrose intake (d) in male rats.
