Serum sample 1_3 was tested on three separate GC-FP biosensor chips that included RBD, S1, S1S2, and Nuc antigens. A fourth chip was processed using PBS-T as a negative control. The three chips tested with 1_3 serum were labeled with Alexa 647-tagged anti-human IgG, anti-human IgM, or anti-human IgA, while the negative control chip was labeled with a mixture of all three secondary antibodies. Mean GC-FP intensity (n = 3 spots per chip) is shown, for each COVID-19 antigen.
