For LDL % discordance: p<0.001 among groups, except for DM vs MetS (p=0.20). For HDL % discordance: P<0.001 among groups. Among all participants, HDL % discordance ranged from −96.9 to 93.1, while LDL % discordance ranged from −86.7 to 78.7.
