IU1 suppresses the proliferation of cervical cancer cells. (A-B) IU1 suppressed cervical cancer cell proliferation in dose-dependent manner. HeLa and SiHa cells were treated with a range of concentrations of IU1 for 24 h, as indicated. Cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. *p<0.05. (C-D) IU1 suppressed cervical cancer cell proliferation in time-dependent manner. HeLa and SiHa cells were treated with 100 µM IU1 for 12, 24, 48 h.
