A 52-year-old male, a case of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis with mild persistent asthma, total IgE 1251.9 IU/mL, and specific IgE 0.36 kUA/L. Spirometry showed moderate restrictive pattern (FEV1 Pre 59%, FEV1 Post 63%, FVC Pre 53%, FVC post 49%, MEF pre 66%, and MEF post 71%).
