a MAM rats treated with VEH i.p. spent less time interacting with a novel object compared to a familiar object as measured by a discrimination index ((novel-familiar)/(novel + familiar)) compared to SAL rats. MAM rats treated with 3 mg/kg, i.p. POM spent more time investigating the novel object compared to VEH treated MAM rats.
