miR-135b-5p suppresses cell proliferation in HCC cells. (A) The effect of miR-99b, miR-101, miR-135b-5p, miR-373-3p, and miR-375 on proliferation of SK-hep1 and HA22T cells. The MTT cell proliferation assay revealed that miR-135b-5p significantly suppressed HCC cell proliferation in SK-hep1 and HA22T cells.
