Cell viability measured by RAW 264.7 cells exposure to increasing concentrations of Hydrogel A (PFPE-Ester/PEI/F127 cross-linked hydrogel) and Hydrogel E (control hydrogel prepared with PEI and F127 without added PFPE). Cells are cultured in complete medium for 24 h before cell viability is measured by luminescence following exposure to Cell Titer Glo assay reagents. Data represents the mean ± SD of triplicate measurements.
