hnRNP K forms a complex with (A) P1-Δ40p53 RNA and (B) P0-Δ40p53 RNA in vitro. The EMSA assays were performed by incubation of [³²P]-labelled RNA constructs with increasing concentrations of purified hnRNP K: 1400 nM and 2400 nM under three different conditions: at 4°C for 25 min; at 25°C for 15 min and at 37°C for 10 min. The samples were separated on a native 4% polyacrylamide gel. The first lane in each EMSA panel represents the RNA oligomer incubated without protein. Unbound RNAs and RNP complexes are indicated.
