Effector cells and target cells were incubated for 4 hours at an effector-target ratio of 2:1, then cells were collected for flow cytometry. (C–E) 1×10⁴ target cells were taken and incubated with the target cells for 24 h at a ratio of 2:1, then the levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, TNF-α were measured.
