Left panel: MM cell lines, RPMI 8226 and L363, were cultured with 100 µM pimonidazole (hypoxyprobe) in normoxic (N) and hypoxic conditions (H) for 5 h in the presence and absence of 5 mM metformin (H_M5) and 10 mM metformin (H_M10).
