The final solution of [18F]DPA714 was injected into a analytic reversed-phase HPLC to determine its radio-chemical purity, the retention time (tR) of [18F]DPA714 was 3.5 min with a mobile phase of CH3CN, deionized water and triethylamine (40:60:0.1, v/v/v) setting the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min.
