(C) The levels of apoptosis-related proteins (c-MYC, Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-8, cleaved-caspase-8, caspase-3, cleaved-caspase-3, PARP and cleaved-PARP) were examined by western blot analysis after knockdown of SPAG6 in Daudi and Raji cells. *P<0.05, **P<0.01.
