Table 1.

Estimates of evolutionary divergence between sequences. The whole 807 amino acid long sequences of ACE2were considered. The number of amino acid substitutions per site between sequences are shown. Analyses were conducted using the JTT matrix-based model. The rate variation among sites was modeled with a gamma distribution (shape parameter = 5).
