Cisplatin-repressed cell proliferation and accelerated cell apoptosis in MGC-803 and MGC-803/DDP cells. MGC-803 and MGC-803/DDP cells were treated by 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 µg/mL of cisplatin for 48 h respectively. (a) Cell viability was tested by CCK-8 assay. ** denotes p < 0.01 and *** denotes p < 0.001 vs. the MGC-803 group. MGC-803 and MGC-803/DDP cells were treated by 30 µg/mL of cisplatin.
