Changes in subcellular distribution of Oct4 after the knockdown of Oct4A in LCSCs. (A) IF assay detected cell localization of Oct4, mainly in the cytoplasm, in shOct4A-LCSCs, albeit shNC-LCSCs were located mainly in the nuclei in vitro.
