Effect of CTFV on the inflammatory response in 3T3-L1 cells. The levels of IL-6 (A), TNF-α (B), MCP-1 (C), NO (D), and iNOS (E) in 3T3-L1 cells were measured by ELISA, the Griess reagent, and western blot analysis. Measurement of these expression or levels in non-treated cells was used as the control group. Each value is the mean ± SD of triplicate measurements. ^# p < 0.01, compared with non-treated group. * p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01, compared with only LPS-treated group.
